In this role, you will contribute to the development of structural design concepts and deliver high-quality 2D and 3D models for advanced technology and industrial facilities, including semiconductor manufacturing environments. You will work independently within your assigned scope while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities Develop and modify 3D structural models using Revit or similar design tools Produce detailed structural drawings, plans, and documentation Interpret sketches, markups, and verbal instructions into design deliverables Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project and client standards Coordinate with other disciplines to support integrated project delivery Participate in BIM processes, QA/QC reviews, and project coordination meetings Manage assigned tasks independently and meet deadlines Identify and resolve design issues within defined scope Support continuous improvement, including adoption of new tools and technologies Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Coursework in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) Minimum 2 years of structural drafting/design experience At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Revit Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or related field 3+ years of Revit experience Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam Experience with structural steel and reinforced concrete design Exposure to industrial or semiconductor facility projects Work Environment This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to reside within 50 miles of the Tempe, AZ office. Employees are expected to work onsite at least two days per week.
