We're looking for someone who can join our team as soon as possible . The position is open immediately, and we're ready to welcome the right candidate when they're available.
Description:
We are seeking a Junior Architect with strong Archicad/Revit and visualization skills to join our creative, collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about architectural design who can translate ideas into precise digital models and compelling visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design team in the development of architectural projects from concept through construction documentation. Produce high-quality drawings, diagrams, and visual materials using Archicad and/or Revit. Assist in 3D modeling, rendering, and design presentations. Participate in design meetings and help translate design concepts into drawings and models. Conduct research related to materials, codes, and design precedents.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience using Archicad in academic or professional settings (required). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop (preferred). Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or related field. Strong design sensibility and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Have:
Knowledge of sustainable design principles. Familiarity with other graphic tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, or Lumion. Experience with construction documents or site coordination is a plus.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required. Spanish proficiency is preferred

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-person position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
