Job Description

An award-winning, leading midsize architecture and design firm is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong architect to contribute to large-scale, complex mixed-use, commercial, & hospitality projects while working within a highly collaborative and design-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a confident project leader with strong Revit skills, excellent technical skills, and experience coordinating teams, consultants, and project deliverables. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating project documentation, managing consultant coordination, supporting contract administration, developing technical solutions, mentoring team members, assisting with project schedules, and helping guide projects from design through project delivery.
Qualifications:
7+ years of professional architecture experience Degree from a NAAB-accredited architecture program or equivalent Professional licensure preferred Strong Revit proficiency and technical expertise Thorough understanding of construction documentation, constructability, building codes, and accessibility requirements Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor project teams Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Experience working on complex mixed-use, hospitality, or other large-scale projects highly desired Interest in sustainable design and innovative project solutions This is an in-office position based in Atlanta with potential travel opportunities. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
