Duties Lead the creation and development of detailed design models using advanced CAD software - SolidWorks. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into comprehensive design solutions. Prepare precise schematics, drawings, and drafting documents that adhere to industry standards and project specifications. Develop construction-ready plans that facilitate seamless project execution while maintaining high-quality standards. Incorporate mechanical design principles into projects where applicable, ensuring functionality aligns with aesthetic goals. Conduct 2D & 3D animation and simulations as needed to illustrate complex concepts or project sequences effectively. Review and refine designs through iterative feedback processes to optimize performance and compliance. Maintain meticulous records of all design iterations, revisions, and documentation for project tracking and quality assurance. Support construction teams by providing detailed schematics and drafting support throughout project implementation. Requirements Proven experience in civil, mechanical, or architectural design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in CAD - SolidWorks. Solid understanding of construction processes and how detailed design integrates into project execution. Proficiency in creating schematics, technical drawings, and drafting documentation aligned with industry standards. Experience with mechanical design principles and the development of technical schematics for diverse projects. Ability to produce engaging 2D animations that effectively communicate complex ideas or sequences. Strong knowledge of CAD software workflows combined with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients. A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
