Partnering with management companies and developers across the country, we are redefining commercial spaces through a hospitality-driven design approach. Combining market research, spatial planning, architectural design, procurement, logistics, and industry collaboration, Irsaneous Interiors creates functional, inviting, and timeless spaces. Our firm is dedicated to elevating properties by crafting unique and compelling stories for each project. Role Description Irsaneous Interiors is seeking a full-time, on-site Architectural Designer to join our Fort Worth office. Our team operates on a four-day workweek (Monday-Thursday). This role will support the architectural and design team in the development and documentation of commercial and multi-family interior projects. Working closely with the Senior Architectural Designer, this individual will assist with space planning, construction documentation, detailing, coordination, and project execution across multiple phases of design. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented designer looking to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative design environment. Qualifications Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field preferred 2-5 years of professional experience in commercial architecture or interior architecture preferred Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required Experience producing construction documents and technical drawings Understanding of commercial interiors, multi-family, and space planning principles Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction detailing preferred Architectural registration is not required Responsibilities Assist in the development of architectural drawings and construction documentation Support space planning, detailing, and project coordination efforts Produce and revise drawings in Revit and AutoCAD Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal project teams Assist with site measurements, field verification, and construction administration tasks Maintain organized project files and documentation Support the Senior Architectural Designer throughout all phases of project execution Success Metrics Produce accurate and organized drawing sets Maintain timely completion of project deliverables Support efficient coordination across project teams and consultants Contribute to high-quality design documentation and execution Ensure strong communication and responsiveness throughout project timelines Benefits PTO + Fridays off Health insurance options (medical and dental) Bonus eligibility Collaborative and creative work environment Design industry perks Growth opportunities within a fast-growing design firm Travel opportunities for project installations and site visits
