Job Description

Senior Architectural Project Manager responsible for leading vertical building design projects, managing client relationships, directing project teams, and controlling scope, cost, schedule, and delivery performance. Job Requirements 15+ years of experience with vertical building programs 7+ years of management experience with direct client contact and full project responsibility Bachelor's degree in Architecture required Registered Architect required NCARB Certificate required Experience leading building design projects Experience serving as the primary client point of contact Experience managing internal and external client relationships Experience securing, assigning, and maintaining multidisciplinary project teams Experience managing project scope, cost, schedule, and quality Experience with project financial tracking and delivery schedules Experience with change management Experience supporting business growth strategy and planning Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record for rental vehicle travel Preferred Skills Master's degree in Architecture Experience leading vertical building design programs Experience developing client networks Experience contributing to client meetings and presentations Experience directing business growth and market strategy Knowledge of trends in vertical building design and delivery Experience mentoring or guiding architectural project team members Job Responsibilities Lead assigned building design projects as team leader Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Develop and maintain internal and external client networks Participate as a primary contributor during client meetings and presentations Guide project teams and support professional growth within the team Participate in strategic planning and business growth initiatives Secure and assign required project resources Maintain project teams needed to deliver projects successfully Manage project delivery while maintaining quality standards Control project scope and cost against the project baseline Ensure contractual obligations between client and company are fulfilled Develop and monitor project financial schedules Develop and monitor project delivery schedules Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and delivery impacts Coordinate project resources, deliverables, timelines, and client requirements
