Please visit www.roadrunnerint.com for more information. Position Overview We are seeking a talented Sketch Up CAD Design Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong 3D modeling and drafting skills, attention to detail and the ability to translate concepts into accurate, high-quality visualizations and construction-ready documents. Responsibilities

• Create detailed drawings using Sketch Up, previous Sketch Up experience required
• Interpret architectural/engineering sketches, specifications and design concepts
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details
• Collaborate with hotel owner to value engineer projects
• Prepare visual renderings and presentations for client review Qualifications
• Proficiency is Sketch Up (required)
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD/BIM tools (preferred but not required)
• Strong knowledge of drafting standards and construction documents
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
