Our McAllen office is currently seeking a Junior Designer. This is a 40- hour per week position. We enjoy a 7 AM-5 PM schedule Monday through Thursday and 7 AM- 11AM on Fridays. If you are applying for this job you must be able to:

• Develop base plans using field measurements and assist with field measuring.
• Have a working knowledge of the construction document development process.
• Work on several different projects at one time.
• Have excellent personal and electronic communication skills.
• Be a problem solver, a hard worker, and have an analytical mind.
• Have a passion for design and creating well-functioning design solutions.
• Must be fluent in Auto

CAD 2026

(especially using xrefs), Sketch-Up, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.

• Experience with Photoshop is a plus.
