Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect / Architectural Designer to join our team in-office. This role will focus on producing high-quality floor plans, renderings, and architectural drawings to help streamline project timelines and improve efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop architectural floor plans and layouts Produce 2D and 3D renderings for client presentations Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines Revise plans based on feedback and project requirements Assist in speeding up design and pre-construction processes

Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture or related field preferred Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) Experience with architectural renderings and drafting Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong communication skills

Preferred:
