You will immediately play an integral role in projects from schematic design through construction documentation. Experience with healthcare design projects and regulations is preferred, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all design phases of architectural projects, including design development and construction documentation. Engage with clients to determine project objectives and requirements, providing professional guidance throughout the design process. Produce detailed architectural designs and plans utilizing Revit. Integrate with our in-office and consultant design teams, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Prepare and review construction documents, technical specifications, and ensure adherence to office standards, codes and regulations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Architectural education from an accredited institution with a degree required for potential licensure. Proficiency in architectural design software including Revit. Strong understanding of building codes and commercial construction methods. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience working with collaborative project teams and managing client relationships.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with healthcare design phase services. Licensure as a Registered Architect in at least one state. Significant experience with 3D rendering software and other digital design tools. Experience with business development, marketing and networking.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
