Full-time onsite (no remote work) Position Summary We are seeking a BIM/CAD Specialist to support facility management, space planning, project design, emergency management, and related mission-support activities for a federal customer. The selected candidate will create, maintain, and update accurate 2D and 3D CAD/BIM drawings and models while ensuring compliance with customer standards and supporting integration with the
ARCHIBUS
Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented CAD/BIM professional with strong AutoCAD and Revit experience, knowledge of facilities documentation, and the ability to support engineers, project managers, facility stakeholders, and internal customers in a secure government environment. Key Responsibilities The BIM/CAD Specialist will: Create, modify, and maintain 2D and 3D CAD/BIM models and drawings for space planning, engineering modifications, renovations, and new construction projects. Develop Design Intent Documents using CAD/BIM software. Maintain accurate facility drawings, including as-built conditions and official "Gold Master" facility drawings. Generate and update specialized CAD/BIM products for emergency management, security planning, asset management, and maintenance planning. Conduct space and seat audits, verify field conditions, and update CAD, BIM, and

data. Maintain and publish CAD/BIM graphics and data in
ARCHIBUS
to support facility management operations. Support CAD/BIM configuration management, including standards, templates, libraries, and quality control. Assist engineers, project managers, and contractors with lifecycle models, drawings, and BIM/CAD production. Participate in coordination meetings, design reviews, and technical problem-solving discussions. Troubleshoot CAD/BIM software issues and resolve drawing/modeling errors. Support integration of CAD, BIM, GIS, and
ARCHIBUS
data. Deliver accurate work products within established mission timelines. Required Qualifications Candidates should have experience with: Interpreting architectural and engineering drawings. AutoCAD and Revit, including creating and managing complex models. Revit work-sharing and model management on medium to large-scale projects. CAD/BIM standards, templates, best practices, and project-level implementation. Advanced Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and pivot tables. Building codes and standards, including IBC, ADA, and NFPA. ARCHIBUS or another IWMS platform. Data integration and interoperability between software platforms. Communicating technical information clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Desired Skills Strong candidates may also have experience with: Civil 3D Navisworks Manage SketchUp Esri Arc

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
