INTERIOR DESIGNER / ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER Kirkland, WA · Full-Time · On-Site

ARIID Group is a vertically integrated luxury design and build firm serving the greater Seattle area — from Kirkland and Bellevue to Mercer Island, Scottsdale, and beyond. Our work spans interior design, architecture, new construction, and full-service remodel. Led by 2x National NKBA Award-winning principal Ariana Adireh Anderson, we deliver the full spectrum: design, build, and furnish under one roof. This is not a corporate role. You will work directly with principal leadership, manage high-caliber residential projects, and build a portfolio that reflects the highest level of residential design in the Pacific Northwest.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer or Architectural Designer with a genuine eye for luxury residential design and the ability to move fluently between both disciplines. The ideal candidate has strong spatial thinking, a refined aesthetic sensibility, and the drive to own their work from concept through completion. This role sits at the intersection of interior design and architecture you may be detailing a primary suite bathroom one week and reviewing structural drawings for a new addition the next. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support residential interior design projects from concept through installation
• Develop space plans, material specifications, furniture selections, and finish packages
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors throughout construction and installation
• Collaborate on architectural drawings and design documentation for remodel and new construction projects
• Participate in client presentations and consultations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
• Contribute to the design direction and visual quality of ARIID's portfolio

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3-6+ years of experience in interior design, architectural design, or both
• Proficiency in Revit is a must! AutoCAD or SketchUp (at least one requiredmultiple preferred)
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Experience working on luxury residential projects — an exceptional portfolio is non-negotiable
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• NCIDQ or ARE licensure (or in progress) is a plus, not a requirement
