Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project. Job Description BCA Structures 737 Airframe organization is looking for structures design engineers with previous design experience in our 737 product to support production at our Renton, WA location. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences) 12+ years related work experience in structure design. Experience with CATIA V5 and Boeing specific design tools and processes Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Has previous job experience working on the 737 program in Structures Ability to excel in a highly dynamic environment, team-oriented atmosphere Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, nuanced results in a clear, concise manner that is easily understood by a wide audience Have initiative and ability to recognize needs/SOW without explicit guidance Be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems Familiar with
DCCS, ETAC, PDM
Pay Rate Range 87 - 92 USD hourly
