Job Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 4 Structural Design Engineers (Level 3) for a contract opportunity in Renton, WA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIREDSKILLS/EXPERIENCE
):- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
- 8+ years related work experience in structure design.
- Experience with CATIA V5 and client specific design tools and processes
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Looking for structures design engineers with previous design experience in our 737 product to support production.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(DESIREDSKILLS/EXPERIENCE
):- Has previous job experience working on the 737 program in Structures
- Ability to excel in a highly dynamic environment, team-oriented atmosphere
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, nuanced results in a clear, concise manner that is easily understood by a wide audience
- Have initiative and ability to recognize needs/SOW without explicit guidance
- Be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems
