Structural Design Engineer 3

Chipton-Ross is seeking 4 Structural Design Engineers (Level 3) for a contract opportunity in Renton, WA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

(REQUIRED

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
• 8+ years related work experience in structure design.
• Experience with CATIA V5 and client specific design tools and processes

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Looking for structures design engineers with previous design experience in our 737 product to support production.

• Has previous job experience working on the 737 program in Structures
• Ability to excel in a highly dynamic environment, team-oriented atmosphere
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, nuanced results in a clear, concise manner that is easily understood by a wide audience
• Have initiative and ability to recognize needs/SOW without explicit guidance
• Be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems
• Familiar with

DCCS, ETAC, PDM REQUIRED EDUCATION

Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the

USA, ABET

accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
