Create, update, and revise 2D and 3D models, sketches, and working drawings using GE Smallworld GIS software and manual drafting techniques.
Conduct regular field assessments at residential, commercial, and construction sites to gather accurate data and support system design requirements.
Prepare detailed project documentation, including bills of material and schedules, to assist engineering personnel with formal drawing transmittals and construction issues.
Manage customer interactions and project lifecycles from initial SAP contact through completion, balancing independent design work with a collaborative team environment.
