Travel:
As Required | Onsite Support mission-critical defense sustainment operations by performing depot-level maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and technical support activities for complex electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical systems supporting national security missions. A Day in the Life - What You'll Do Perform depot-level maintenance, repair, modification, and sustainment activities on mission-critical electrical and electronic systems. Analyze technical issues and perform troubleshooting activities to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance procedures to support repair and sustainment efforts. Perform assembly, disassembly, repair, inspection, and testing of electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical components and subsystems. Support product modifications, upgrades, and enhancements in accordance with engineering specifications and customer requirements. Conduct acceptance testing, operational testing, and verification activities using industry-standard diagnostic and test equipment. Provide technical support to internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel regarding system maintenance and operational issues. Maintain compliance with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control procedures and quality assurance requirements. Support technical training activities, product demonstrations, and maintenance briefings for customers and stakeholders. Document maintenance activities, repair actions, testing results, and configuration changes in accordance with program requirements. Act as an on-site technical representative supporting customer operations, sustainment activities, and mission readiness objectives. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, quality assurance, and program teams to ensure timely completion of depot maintenance activities. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Level 2: Minimum 2 years of depot maintenance, electronics repair, or technical sustainment experience Level 3: Minimum 5 years of depot maintenance, electronics repair, military maintenance, or technical sustainment experience Active DoD Secret security clearance required Associate Certified Electronic Technician (CET) certification or equivalent experience in soldering, troubleshooting, testing, and repair activities IPC-A-610 and/or
IPC/WHMA-A-620
certification Experience performing depot-level maintenance and sustainment activities on electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical systems Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and maintenance documentation Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control processes and handling procedures Ability to utilize hand tools including wrenches, pliers, crimping tools, screwdrivers, and other maintenance equipment Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and perform hands-on maintenance activities in support of depot operations Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to develop practical solutions to complex technical issues Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary maintenance team Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620, MIL-DTL-22520, NASA-STD-8739, and
