Duties Assist with fiber optic construction and installation projects Perform or assist with fiber splicing operations Conduct fiber testing and troubleshooting Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles Follow safety procedures and company standards Complete assigned production goals Travel to project locations as required Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation Ability to travel for work Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working outdoors Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
