Provide guidance and support to junior technicians, fostering their development and contributing to team expertise. Qualifications Required Skills High School Graduate or equivalent (GED). Proficiency in using basic hand tools and specialized equipment. Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems. Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and execute repairs effectively. Preferred Skills Associate's degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience in a specific industry; or, 7 years of experience in a specific industry.
