Key Responsibilities:

Property Maintenance:

Perform all maintenance and repair work, both major and routine, for apartments, supportive buildings, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds.

Service Requests:

Complete all service requests promptly, typically within one business day, barring extraordinary circumstances.

Turnkey Work:

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including debris removal, repairs, painting, lock & key rotation, and inspection.

Shop Maintenance:

Maintain an organized and adequately stocked maintenance shop.

On-Call Duties:

Be available for 24-hour emergency maintenance services, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Guidance and Compliance:

Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and all company policies.

Preventive Maintenance:

Perform semi-annual and quarterly preventive maintenance tasks, including for building exteriors, HVAC systems, recreational equipment, and more.

Pool Maintenance:

Manage the maintenance and operation of swimming pool equipment.

Painting and Repairs:

Conduct interior and exterior painting and repairs, including parking lot striping and maintenance of handrails and other external units.

Additional Duties:

Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the community.

Qualifications:

Certification:

HVAC or EPA certification preferred.

Experience:

Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years related work experience preferred.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, and general maintenance skills in electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, and irrigation systems.

Availability:

Must be available for on-call work to support our 24-hour maintenance guarantee.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift objects up to 75 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, and twist into small areas. Ability to perform overhead repair work for extended periods. Apply Now!
