We are looking for a motivated Instrument Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory and industrial equipment that supports critical operations. What You'll Do Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of laboratory and industrial instruments Verify calibration and ensure equipment accuracy and reliability Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime Follow established safety guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements Maintain accurate service, maintenance, and repair documentation What We're Looking For 0-5 years of experience in instrument maintenance, repair, or a related technical field Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills Effective written and verbal communication abilities Knowledge of safety standards and industry best practices Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work well both independently and on a team Preferred Experience with medical, laboratory, or industrial equipment is a plus Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
