You will leverage your technical aptitude to execute rigorous testing protocols, diagnose electrical inconsistencies, and guarantee that every unit meets our high-quality standards before deployment. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive functional testing on equipment to verify adherence to design specifications. Interpret complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to guide testing and assembly verification. Perform systematic troubleshooting to isolate component-level faults and identify root causes. Maintain precise documentation of test outcomes to support engineering validation efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and resolve technical bottlenecks. Ensure all equipment meets safety and performance benchmarks through meticulous inspection. Required Skills Fundamental understanding of electrical principles and circuitry. Proven ability to follow technical documentation and structured testing workflows. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting technical findings. A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Associate's degree in Electronics or completion of a technical trade program. Prior experience working within a manufacturing or industrial production setting. Familiarity with standard laboratory or field-testing equipment. Demonstrated experience in component-level diagnostics and repair.
