Job Description
Job Overview Seeking technician skilled in or with aptitude for all building trades including electrical, plumbing, finish carpentry, and HVAC willing to travel around 3x per month to service and repair Morozko Ice Baths in Phoenix Az and throughout the United States. Strong communication, customer relations, and orginzational/scheduling skills are a must. Will train and provide tool kit. Responsibilities Travel to client sites to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of ice bath systems and related equipment. Diagnose issues using tools such as ohmmeters and refrigerant gauges. Conduct repairs on refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, electrical, and water treatment parts to ensure optimal operation. Follow safety protocols during field service operations, including cleaning, passivation, equipment repair, and property maintenance tasks. Document all service activities thoroughly, including detailed reports on repairs performed and parts used. Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and provide guidance on equipment care and maintenance. Reliable, communicative, and trustworthy. Observe struct confidentiality of customer information. Experience Proven experience as a service technician in construction, appliance repair, or property maintenance environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and homebuilding trades. Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and troubleshooting diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Experience in field service roles involving equipment repair, welding, or maintenance of mechanical systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of HVAC design principles and mechanical systems used in light commercial or residential settings. Prior work with property maintenance or appliance repair is highly desirable for success in this role. Ability to lift heavy loads, work outdoors in hot, cold, wet and uncomfortable environments, persist challenge, and work independently on the road. Experience with cold plunge therapy is a plus.
