Gate Automation Technician

We are looking for a Gate Automation Field Technician for our west valley operation. We are looking for someone who is dependable with strong work ethic.

Job Description:

Full Time Gate Automation Technician 40 hours per week. 4 days per week, 10-hour days. Salary depends on experience Basic gate automation or electrical/low-voltage experience preferred but not required. Will train. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with some knowledge of Gate Automation, Security Camera Installation, Garage Door Installation, Fire Alarm Installation, HVAC or other technical skilled trade. What you'll need: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and Be able to work outdoors in Arizona temperatures Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and a clean driving record On-call schedule rotated between our technicians Strong technical knowledge of automated gates including operators, safety devices, access control units Welding skills are a plus!

Duties:

Gate Technicians are versatile in their skill set. They pick up a work truck daily at our location in Surprise, AZ and stock their trucks. They begin their mobile service route from there. Daily activities can include, but not limited to: Maintenance of gates/operators, Identifying issues and servicing gate systems Installation of gate equipment and access control

Misc:

some light fabrication, concrete work, loop replacements, access control installation/maintenance, setting posts, telephone entry and other duties as assigned. Our technicians are hard workers and take pride in their craft. Our company prides itself on quality workmanship. Technicians are responsible for completing work orders, managing email, turning in receipts and some paperwork. What we can offer you :
