Broadband America Corp is a solutions-based Electrical and Low Voltage Infrastructure service company. We specialize in the design, installation, and maintenance of infrastructures supporting ALL brands of Electrical and Low Voltage equipment
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Low Voltage Fiber Splicer to join our growing team. In this role;
  • Experience with fusion splicing with Fujikura equipment.
  • Single-mode and Multi-mode fiber
  • VFL and OTDR experience
  • Large strand counts
  • Distribution fiber breakouts
  • Cleanliness and organization a must
  • Fiber optic testing with Fluke Certification equipment
  • Corning fiber certification is a plus
  • Comfortable with heights and lifts
Competencies:

Safety Required Education and Experience:
2+ years of previous experience installing voice and data cabling infrastructure 2+ year of previous experience with Fiber splicing Knowledge of industry standard cable specifications Ability to pass full drug screen, felony, federal and misdemeanor
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Shift is Monday through Friday.
