Calibration Tech I

Johnson Service Group is an award-winning staffing company that is currently looking for a Test Technician to join our calibration team in Chatsworth, CA. We are looking for an entry-level candidate with some experience working with electronics to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This is a Temp-Direct job for an electronics company.

Pay Rate:

$22.00 HR Primary Responsibilities The Test Technician is responsible for performing calibration on accelerometers for production. Your day-to-day work may include, but is not limited to: • Performs pre-calibration and calibration duties per the product specifications • Utilizes specialized pre-calibration software • All work reviewed and certified by minimum Calibration Technician III or Higher • Performs error free production testing in an assigned area with limited cross functional interface • Measures and records of data per work instruction requirements and document nonconformance • Provides daily support to meet the production demand • Maintains a clean and safe work environment • Assists other Calibration Technicians and other departments, on an as needed basis • Performs other duties as assigned. Professional Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly. • Must be to read and understand assembly drawings. • Advanced schematic reading and ability to trouble shoot cable assemblies. • Advanced reading, writing and shop math skills. • Experience soldering miniature parts under a microscope. • Use of simple hand tools such as crimpers and ovens. •
