We are committed to expanding the automotive electronics market in North America and are currently seeking a Technical Engineer & After-Sales Support Specialist to join our team. Duties Perform product refurbishment, troubleshooting, and technical support for automotive electronic products (e.g., navigation systems, car audio, etc.) Provide after-sales support to customers, including issue diagnosis, problem resolution, and technical guidance Communicate effectively with customers and deliver high-quality service and support Requirements Associate degree or above preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to be on payroll (W-2) Hands-on experience with car navigation systems, car audio installation, or related automotive electronics is a strong plus Experience with consumer electronics or automotive electronics preferred Educational background in electronics or a related field is a plus Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Able to work consistently and maintain long-term stability Why Join Us We offer a positive company culture, a safe and relaxed working environment, and a straightforward team structure.
