Job Description
This position is with a growing technology-focused organization and is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and refurbishment within a manufacturing or technical support environment.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday100% onsite inCypress, CAKey Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnosing, testing, repairing, and refurbishing returned payment terminals
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Performing soldering and component-level repair work
- Using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic testing equipment
- Reviewing schematics, PCB layouts, and service BOMs
- Documenting repair activity and technical findings within the RMA system
- Partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service teams to resolve technical issues
