•There will be very little training for this job, so prior electrical, plumbing, troubleshooting, and mechanics will be necessary in order to be considered. Please do NOT apply if you have little knowledge of those trades. Install cleaners Repair plumbing leaks Install filters Install salt chlorinators Start up new pools on route Repair pumps, including seals, gaskets, and plumbing Participating in invoicing and collecting payments Repair pumps and motors Seals Gaskets Bearings Plumbing Install equipment pads Install automation systems Diagnose and complete electrical repairs Diagnose, repair heaters Assist with pool cleaning tasks including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces Maintain detailed service records of repairs performed and parts used for each job Communicate clearly with clients about repair needs, maintenance schedules, and safety procedures Experience Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar pool repair role is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment and systems Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing procedures Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls efficiently Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges

Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
