Shift Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) Overview We are hiring immediately for an Electronics Rework Technician to support PCBA production and RMA repair in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This role focuses on BGA and SMT rework , including component removal, replacement, re-soldering, and inspection. Candidates with hands-on electronics rework or SMT/BGA experience are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Perform BGA and PCBA rework on production and RMA assemblies Remove and replace BGA, QFN, LGA, and other SMT components Operate and support
BGA/PCBA
rework stations (SRT, AirVac, or similar) Conduct visual, microscope, and X-ray inspections after rework Document rework activity in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Request replacement parts from stockroom using approved processes Follow ESD, safety, and quality standards at all times Assist with additional rework or production tasks as needed What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with BGA or SMT rework in an electronics manufacturing environment Familiarity with soldering, solder paste, flux, and reflow processes Experience using rework or inspection equipment (training provided if needed) Understanding of ESD practices and quality procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions BGA-specific experience preferred, but strong
