$25.50 - $29 DOE (Based on Experience) & Shift Reference Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and reworking computer hardware, server systems, and related components. The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, hands-on repair experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Hiring managers want to prioritize candidates with strong debugging and troubleshooting experience, ideally within server/computer hardware environments. Experience in electronics or hardware repair is a plus. Responsibilities Perform setup, calibration, testing, and repair of computer/server hardware Troubleshoot complex system, board, and component failures Diagnose technical issues and identify root causes Repair and rework failed units or components Follow test procedures and work instructions (TPI/SOP) Perform assembly, disassembly, packaging, and crating as needed Document repair findings and communicate technical issues clearly Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisor Qualifications 1-2+ years of repair technician experience (Repair Tech I) 2-4+ years of advanced troubleshooting experience (Repair Tech II preferred) Experience with computer hardware, server systems, or electronics repair Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to read and follow technical documentation Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, databases) Experience with hand tools, testing tools, and repair equipment preferred Knowledge of PCB, component-level repair, soldering, or rework is a plus Good verbal and written communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs.
