The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Systems Control Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Installing, modifying, repairing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and inspecting plant and production equipment, electrical components and automation control systems, including maintaining documentation. Collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Plant Engineering teams to identify, evaluate, and select electrical equipment and electronic systems most appropriate for the specified applications. Maintaining and troubleshooting Fanuc robots, Allan Bradley controls systems, data acquisitions and automation systems. Reading electrical diagrams, elementary diagrams, PLC logic listings, instrument flow diagrams, web line diagrams, and schematic diagrams. Performing preventive maintenance procedures and conducting calibration of plant and production equipment. Maintaining and troubleshooting power and distribution systems, loading and removing programs, and creating and modifying spreadsheets, historical trending databases, and word processing databases. Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and reporting unsafe work conditions, practices, or equipment to management immediately. Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Possess a two (2) year technical degree in a mechanical, electrical, or electronics field Possess two (2) years of mechanical/electrical equipment maintenance experience Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed. • 5:30am) Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Three (3) or more years of mechanical/electrical equipment maintenance experience, with an emphasis on Process Instrumentation and Control Systems.

Possess the knowledge and skillsets required to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical industrial equipment and devices. Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Teams, and SAP Ability to maintain the required quality and quantity of personal hand tools as listed by plant management.
