A dependable, self motivated professional who works independently, takes ownership of their work, delivers high-quality results, and is committed to growing with our company long-term. Responsibilities
- Install and service a wide range of marine electronics and equipment
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair marine electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
- Complete projects efficiently with minimal supervision
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers and marina personnel
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Document completed work and findings accurately and thoroughly
- Identify potential issues early and address them proactively before they become larger problems
- Handle customers' vessels and property with care and professionalism Physical Requirements
- Able to work in confined spaces and move equipment, tools, and batteries
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to board and move safely around vessels in marina environments Qualifications
- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and electronic issues
- Electrical certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative without being asked
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and genuine commitment to the job
- Professional and composed when handling challenging or demanding customer interactions
- Detail oriented with a consistent commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Understands the value of the vessels and equipment being worked on and acts accordingly What We Offer
