A dependable, self motivated professional who works independently, takes ownership of their work, delivers high-quality results, and is committed to growing with our company long-term. Responsibilities
  • Install and service a wide range of marine electronics and equipment
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair marine electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
  • Complete projects efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with customers and marina personnel
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  • Document completed work and findings accurately and thoroughly
  • Identify potential issues early and address them proactively before they become larger problems
  • Handle customers' vessels and property with care and professionalism Physical Requirements
  • Able to work in confined spaces and move equipment, tools, and batteries
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to board and move safely around vessels in marina environments Qualifications
  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and electronic issues
  • Electrical certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
  • Proficient with hand and power tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative without being asked
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and genuine commitment to the job
  • Professional and composed when handling challenging or demanding customer interactions
  • Detail oriented with a consistent commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Understands the value of the vessels and equipment being worked on and acts accordingly What We Offer
