You will work with a variety of tools and technical schematics, providing essential support to keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform field service duties by installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment across multiple sites. Utilize hand tools and specialized test equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose issues accurately. Interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams to identify faults and implement effective repairs. Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system failures and extend equipment lifespan. Repair and replace components within computer hardware systems and low voltage electrical circuits. Assist in the setup and configuration of computer networking hardware to ensure seamless connectivity. Document all service activities meticulously, including repairs performed, parts used, and system status updates. Experience Proven service technician experience with a focus on electronics or computer hardware maintenance. Hands-on experience with field service operations involving electronic equipment repair and troubleshooting. Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for electronic systems. Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and ohmmeters for precise repairs. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment assembly, disassembly, and maintenance procedures. Experience working with low voltage electrical systems and understanding safety protocols associated with electrical work. Strong problem-solving skills complemented by excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
