Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a passion for computer system testing, troubleshooting, and repair. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in computer system testing, troubleshooting, and repair. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or equivalent technical field. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Demonstrated leadership abilities or a strong desire to develop leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production and repair environment.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose, test, repair, and validate computer systems and electronic hardware. Support production, RMA, and system integration activities. Lead by example and assist in guiding technicians and daily operations. Ensure products meet quality, reliability, and performance standards.
