This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems including Allen‑Bradley PLCs, VFDs, industrial electrical systems, and a wide range of automation equipment. A strong background in electrical diagnostics, industrial networks, and high‑speed production environments is essential. Key Responsibilities PLC programming, modifications, and troubleshooting Installation, programming, and diagnostics of VFDs Perform electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance Read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings Troubleshoot sensors, HMIs, instrumentation, and automation components Support production teams to minimize downtime Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO and Arc Flash procedures Document all work performed in accordance with internal standards Required Experience 3-5+ years as an industrial electrician 3-5+ years PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley preferred) 3-5+ years VFD installation and troubleshooting Strong background in industrial electrical systems Experience in high‑speed manufacturing environments Industrial networking experience: Ethernet, DeviceNet, RS485 Ideal Candidate Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment, enjoys solving complex automation problems, and can work independently while supporting cross‑functional teams.
