Job Description

Bishop Pool Service, Inc. is looking for an experienced Swimming Pool Repair & Install Technician to join our team. We are seeking someone who is reliable, self-motivated, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in quality workmanship. This position includes diagnosing, repairing, and installing pool equipment for residential swimming pools.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues Install and replace pumps, filters, heaters, valves, automation systems, salt systems, lights, and plumbing Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and circulation problems Perform equipment upgrades and remodel-related installs Communicate clearly with office staff, customers, and team members Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle Complete job notes, photos, and paperwork accurately Follow company procedures and safety standards
Ideal Candidate:
Has pool repair/install experience Understands pool plumbing, equipment, and basic electrical Is dependable, organized, and able to work independently Has strong problem-solving skills Takes accountability for their work Has a clean driving record Is professional with customers and coworkers Is willing to learn and grow with the company
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors Pool repair experience preferred Good communication skills Strong work ethic and positive attitude
