• $28 per h on W2 Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Technician to support engineering lab operations, test equipment deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

This role is responsible for ensuring test equipment is properly installed, calibrated, maintained, and available to support engineering teams and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience working in engineering labs, test environments, electronics manufacturing, or technical support operations with strong troubleshooting and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy engineering test equipment and bench setups
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration tracking, and equipment diagnostics
• Troubleshoot hardware and equipment-related issues and support root-cause analysis
• Manage equipment logistics including tracking, transportation, and inventory management
• Maintain accurate equipment records, maintenance logs, and documentation
• Support engineering teams during testing and validation activities
• Ensure lab readiness, ESD compliance, and adherence to quality standards
• Assist with data collection and performance monitoring for predictive maintenance initiatives
• Support continuous improvement of lab operations and equipment reliability Required Qualifications
• Experience supporting engineering labs, test environments, or equipment maintenance operations
• Familiarity with calibration, preventive maintenance, and inventory processes
• Hands-on experience with test equipment setup, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment
• Comfortable lifting and transporting equipment up to 25 lbs Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in semiconductor, electronics, aerospace, telecommunications, or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of ESD procedures and industry test standards
• Experience maintaining equipment logs, dashboards, or asset tracking systems
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, mustimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, or RF test equipment
