PCBA Technician As a PCBA Technician at Astranis, you'll be working in a fast paced environment supporting avionics, power, and payload systems. You'll be building and testing a wide variety of circuit boards, harnesses, and other test equipment. You'll work on R&D and production systems with the engineering teams, debugging whichever issues show up that day. Role Rework, assemble, and debug printed circuit board assembly's (PCBAs) Inspect incoming boards to IPC-610 Class 2/3 standards Apply, remove, and rework conformal coating, staking, and other polymeric adhesives Lead form components to match engineering footprints and drawings Work with cross functional engineering team to support new developments Collaborate with design engineers to develop and document future activities Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent 2+ years of experience working hands-on as a technician in the aerospace, automotive, or similar industries Electrical rework and soldering skills (0201 components) Wire crimping and harness assembly Familiarity with precision calibrated tools (calipers, torque wrenches, etc) for enclosure assembly Excellent attention to detail Must be onsite 5 days a week Bonus A.S. electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering technology or equivalent technical programs

The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
