The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronics and be adept at troubleshooting and repairing various electronic devices. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with both low voltage systems and computer hardware. The Electronics Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment functionality and ensuring optimal performance. Duties Perform diagnostics and repairs on electronic equipment using hand tools and testing devices such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Maintain and troubleshoot low voltage systems, ensuring all components are functioning correctly. Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in the assembly and disassembly of electronic devices. Collaborate with team members to enhance service technician practices and improve repair processes. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent failures and extend lifespan. Assist in computer networking tasks as needed, ensuring seamless connectivity for all devices. Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and service requests accurately. Experience Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of computer hardware components and their functionalities. Familiarity with low voltage systems and equipment repair techniques. Candidates must be able to test and trouble shoot to component level. Candidates should have experience with RF analog circuits and digital design. Candidates needs to perform multiple tasks and keep accurate records. Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly, repair, and maintenance tasks. Equipment knowledge of RF Signal Generator, RF Spectrum Analyzer. Experience with testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters is essential. Basic knowledge of computer networking principles is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
