Specialized Labeler DIY Domain Role Overview:
We are seeking a DIY Domain Specialist to evaluate AI-generated content related to automotive repair, bicycle maintenance, home plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, and general handyman tasks.
Responsibilities :
Review and rate AI-generated responses on mechanical repair, home improvement, plumbing, electrical safety, and bicycle maintenance. Flag unsafe instructions, missing safety warnings, or technically incorrect repair procedures. Assess accuracy on topics including brake systems, torque specifications, GFCI outlets, drywall patching, derailleur adjustment, and household wiring safety. Provide clear, evidence-based written justifications for all ratings
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of hands-on experience in at least one of: automotive repair, bicycle mechanics, plumbing, electrical work, or general property maintenance. Understanding of safety protocols for working with electrical systems, pressurized systems, and mechanical components. Familiarity with common tools, fasteners, and repair procedures for home and vehicle maintenance. Strong written communication skills in
English Preferred Qualifications:
Trade school, vocational certification, or apprenticeship completion. ASE certification (automotive), bicycle mechanic certification, or journeyman license (electrical/plumbing). Military technical training or facilities maintenance background. OSHA certification
