US-CA-Santa Clara-4110 Network Circle Experience with physically installing server racks, mounting servers in the racks, connecting all Ethernet, fiber, and power cords and neatly routing / tying cables to the rack per the schematics and plans provided. 6 plus Years Experience Candidate must have experience handling fiber, cleaning, cable management. Candidate must also have extensive experience installing and managing all rack-level components including switches, routers, chassis, console servers, optical transceivers, PDUs, cable managers, patch panels and trunks. Bonus points if the candidate has experience installing bare metal servers and components within them. 8a-5p role Monday to Friday with the potential for conversion if the candidate outperforms expectations. Looking for someone to act fast and learn faster. Must be open minded and ready to manage a hectic site with many priorities. Candidate must have experience handling fiber, cleaning, cable management. Candidate must also have extensive experience installing and managing all rack-level components including switches, routers, chassis, console servers, optical transceivers, PDUs, cable managers, patch panels and trunks.
