13 per hour Santa Clara, CA Onsite Job Description Our client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Electronics Technician for their Santa Clara, CA location.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Test Technician to support our engineering design, manufacturing test, and product diagnostics teams. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in electrical validation and troubleshooting, and a passion for precision and quality. Must have background in electrical test and validation, either in a MFG test group, RMA product diagnostics/repair team, or supporting an ENG design team Can operate oscilloscopes, DMMs, and other test equipment independently Ability so solder/desolder/rework SMT PCBs of current technology sizes General low voltage electrical knowledge 0-24V General electo-mechanical assembly / disassembly understanding ESD mitigation Can make electrical cables from sketches Highly detail focused, need careful and disciplined execution of tasks with a lot of steps BONUS
  • understands various board level communication standards such as SPI and I2C BONUS
  • ability to find alternate sources of OEM components… e.g. if we cannot get capacitor PN X, they can find a comparable part more readily available BONUS
  • Semiconductor equipment manufacturing background
