Do you enjoy optimizing PM programs in systems like IQMS? Are hydraulic and electrical diagnostics your strong suit? Can you fabricate parts, source components fast, and document work completely? In Santa Rosa, you will help boost throughput, tighten quality, and improve margins through automation, SPC, lean flow, and systems improvements. What You'll Do Own the preventive maintenance schedule and documentation in IQMS. Execute machine PMs and keep parts inventories ready for planned work. Identify, procure, and stage components and equipment needed for timely repairs. Use hand and power tools properly; model compliance with all safety rules and regulations. Minimize waste by using only the materials needed when they are needed. Collaborate professionally across departments; provide clear status updates. Fabricate, modify, and improve components to enhance equipment performance. Follow company SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements without exception. Work on a PC daily using Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office. Contribute to additional tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications Required 5+ years in a maintenance mechanic or similar maintenance role. Proficiency with hydraulics and electrical systems. High school diploma or GED. Fluency with metric and standard tooling. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and directives. Strong verbal communication across all organizational levels. Comfort with basic MS Outlook, Teams, and Office. Strong command of electrical safety practices. Preferred Associate-level electronics knowledge. Exposure to ISO-based quality systems. Spanish bilingual skills. Technical Proficiencies Preventive maintenance program creation and execution Mechanical troubleshooting 120/208/240/480 VAC power systems Electrical troubleshooting and repair HVAC system diagnostics Pneumatics troubleshooting General maintenance and repair Hydraulic systems and components Mechanical systems and component repair Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Electrical schematic interpretation Equipment & Platforms Experience with PLCs is a plus—especially Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens.
