Monday•Thursday | 3:30 PM•1:30 AM Must be able to train on 1st shift if needed. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Test Technician to support testing, troubleshooting, and verification activities in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing electro-mechanical and electronic testing on components, assemblies, and systems while ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using electronic test equipment, reading prints and schematics, and troubleshooting electronic assemblies down to the component level. Key Responsibilities Perform electronic and electro-mechanical testing on components and assemblies according to procedures and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and traveler documents Set up and operate electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and frequency counters Conduct thermal and vibration testing as required Troubleshoot analog and digital circuitry to identify failures and root causes Perform diagnostics and verification testing on electronic assemblies and PCBAs Record and document test results, failures, and corrective actions accurately Support engineering and production teams with troubleshooting and failure analysis Maintain compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support overtime and schedule flexibility as needed Required Qualifications Minimum 1+ years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or electro-mechanical assembly Experience reading prints, work instructions, and technical documentation Experience with thermal and vibration testing equipment Strong understanding of multimeters, power supplies, and electronic test equipment Knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and troubleshooting methods Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital circuitry Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Windows applications Preferred Qualifications Experience troubleshooting PCBAs Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics IPC-610 and/or J-STD certification Vocational or technical training in electronics or related field Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Pay:
$24.40•$26.84 per hour

Do you hold any IPC certifications such as IPC-610 or J-STD? Have you previously worked in aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, or other high-reliability industries? Are you comfortable working a 2nd shift schedule (Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM•1:30 AM) and training on 1st shift if required? Are you legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship?
