In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex machinery, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability. Your leadership will drive efficiency in service delivery, uphold safety standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our maintenance team. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct detailed inspections and maintenance on engines, transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, brakes, and HVAC components to ensure peak operational condition. Fabricate custom parts or modifications using welding, soldering, power tools, and hand tools to meet specific repair needs or enhance equipment performance. Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues with wiring, sensors, switches, and control modules. Lead complex repairs involving assembly/disassembly of vehicle components such as shocks & struts, tires, brakes, and steering systems while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair findings clearly to clients or team members and offering maintenance recommendations for long-term equipment health. Experience Minimum 10 years master tech experience required Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in dealership settings or retail auto shops Extensive hands-on experience with fabrication techniques including welding and soldering for custom repairs or modifications. Familiarity with schematics reading for troubleshooting complex electrical and hydraulic systems across various machinery types.. Knowledge of automotive repair including transmissions, air brakes, alignment procedures, tire service, shocks & struts replacement, HVAC systems, and diesel engine repairs. Skilled in using power tools and hand tools for assembly/disassembly tasks with precision. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to perform heavy lifting safely during repairs or maintenance tasks. Experience in dealing with farm machinery or industrial equipment maintenance is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service; ability to interpret schematics accurately for effective troubleshooting.
