By ensuring the peak performance of high-end analytical equipment, you directly contribute to the integrity of scientific data and the success of vital research and development initiatives. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive installation, qualification, and preventive maintenance for LC-MS, GC-MS, QTOF, and
HPLC/UPLC
platforms. Drive the rapid resolution of mechanical, electrical, and software-related performance issues to maximize instrument uptime. Act as the primary technical subject matter expert for analytical instrumentation, providing guidance on complex system operations. Optimize laboratory workflows by implementing advanced maintenance strategies and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards. Maintain meticulous documentation of all service activities to support audit readiness and data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve analytical throughput and system reliability. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline. 3+ years of hands-on experience servicing Mass Spectrometry and HPLC systems within regulated environments. Deep technical proficiency in fluidics, vacuum systems, detectors, and instrument-specific software. Proven track record of working within GMP or GLP compliance frameworks. Preferred Skills Experience utilizing CMMS platforms for equipment lifecycle management and record-keeping. Background in automating laboratory processes to enhance analytical efficiency. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
