This role requires a strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems. The technician ensures that all repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and safely, in accordance with company quality standards, while delivering excellent customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic testing to identify issues with RV systems and components
• Completing repair and replacement services for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and structural systems
• Conducting routine maintenance on RV appliances and equipment
• Accurately documenting all diagnostic findings, repairs, and services performed
• Tracking and managing parts, materials, and tools used in repairs
• Ensuring all completed work meets company quality standards and is inspected as required
• Maintaining regular communication with supervisors regarding work progress and any issues encountered
• Adhering to all safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Assisting with additional service-related tasks as needed Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); technical or trade school certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, or related field preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a service technician or in a related field preferred
• RVIA certification is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills across multiple technical disciplines
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to electrical systems and equipment
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

The employee must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance. Work includes exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and mechanical hazards.
