Job Description

We are a high-volume dealership looking for a Service BDC Support Agent to be the heartbeat of our service department. In this role, you aren't just answering phones; you are managing the workflow of our technicians and ensuring our customers receive a premium experience from the moment they realize they need a repair.
Key Responsibilities Pipeline Management:
Manage the service schedule to maximize shop capacity and technician efficiency.
Inbound/Outbound Expert:
Handle high-volume inquiries regarding maintenance, recalls, and repair status.
Recall Specialist:
Proactively identify and reach out to customers with open safety recalls to ensure vehicle safety.
Status Liaison:
Coordinate with Service Advisors to provide timely "vehicle ready" notifications and "additional work" authorizations.
Digital Communication:
Manage leads from the dealership website, Xtime, or other scheduling portals. Requirements The "Retail"
Mindset:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays (the busiest day on the drive).
CRM Proficiency:
Experience with automotive software (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK Global, or VinSolutions) is highly preferred.
Multitasking:
Ability to toggle between multiple screens and phone lines while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Consultative Approach:
Ability to explain basic service needs (e.g., the importance of a 30k-mile service) to customers.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
