Full Job Description Pay:

$22 per hour + overtime

Monday-Friday:

6:00 AM•4:30

PM Saturday:

6:00 AM•11:00 AM (as needed) Hiring for 2 locations: Arvada & Aurora Overview We're looking for experienced Wiring Assemblers who enjoy clean builds, clear diagrams, and steady work in an indoor manufacturing environment. If you know your way around wire harnesses, schematics, and hand tools—keep reading. What You'll Be Doing Strip, crimp, route, and terminate wires for LED signage and electrical assemblies Build wire harnesses using wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions Perform continuity checks and visual inspections Use hand and power tools (wire strippers, crimpers, drills, torque tools) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For Manufacturing wiring or electrical assembly experience (not entry-level) Ability to read wiring diagrams or basic schematics Strong attention to detail—clean wiring matters Comfortable working 10-hour shifts with consistent overtime Reliable attendance and a team-first mindset

Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday:

6:00 AM•4:30

PM Saturday:

6:00 AM•11:00 AM (as needed)

Pay:
