Company Overview Aria Integrative Health is a premier functional health clinic and med spa dedicated to providing functional and natural healthcare solutions to the Denver community and surrounding areas. Our team of licensed, multi-disciplinary practitioners collaborates to deliver personalized treatments that prioritize patient well-being and promote longer, healthier lives. Our very busy office takes a mixed approach towards whole health by combining the latest innovations in medical, aesthetic and weight loss technologies with focus on nutrition, bio-energetic medicine and body therapies. Job Summary We are seeking one full time and one part time skilled and dedicated Front Office & Laser Technicians to join our dynamic team. We would love to find someone who has prior experience working in a wellness clinic or med spa, and who thrives in a constantly changing and, at times, very fast-paced environment. We work with many different personalities, and high-quality customer service is very important to us. The new team member must be willing to wear many different hats in a day. Teamwork makes the dream work. This role involves managing front desk operations while providing safe and effective laser treatments within a holistic health setting. The successful candidate will be an energetic professional committed to fostering a welcoming environment and supporting our patients' health journeys. Whomever we hire must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year of employment. We offer competitive pay, and the job comes with a lot of perks! Duties Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and manage patient intake efficiently. Schedule appointments, process payments, answer inquiries, and coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth clinic operations. Perform laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, body contouring , or other aesthetic procedures following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Assist with patient education regarding laser procedures, skincare routines, and post-treatment care instructions. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health standards. Manage administrative tasks including billing, inventory management of laser supplies and supplements, and documentation within electronic and paper systems. Must be flexible and willing to help with any all duties that come with running a small business. This includes but is not limited to entering patient information and results, editing photos, filing/creating charts, restocking and keeping the office tidy. Skills Administrative/Customer Service experience a MUST. Positive and patient attitude in a busy, high-paced setting. Experience in functional clinic or med spa setting preferred. Ability to ensure patient satisfaction -- dispute resolution when necessary. Time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Experience working with Mindbody scheduler is appreciated. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically. Proficiency in EHR systems and medical administrative support functions. Knowledge/interest in natural medicine and a healthy lifestyle. Reliable and timely. Flexible schedule and adapts easily in a fast paced environment. Must be willing to become a certified laser tech (training held within our office) Applicant must be 21 years or older and willing to assist with some of the services we provide. •This job does require going up and down stairs multiple times a day in order to treat patients.
